Ingredients
5 cups frozen shredded hashbrowns
1 lb. (.454 kg) pork or turkey sausage
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup sour cream
2 eggs, whisked
1 ½ Tbsp. Oh! So Onion
2 tsp. Cheesy Bacon & Chive Seasoning Mix
1 tsp. Sunset Seasoned Salt
Black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9" square baking dish. Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly, 5-7 minutes. Drain well and discard any grease.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Place in the baking pan and bake until golden and edges are crispy, about 25 minutes. Serve warm.
